Looking for a little whimsy? Something to add color and smiles? Maybe a gift for a child in your life? Possibly a lighthearted friend for your creative space? Or even your desk at work? Go to FreeSpirit's blog for my latest tutorial.
All you need is a bit of fabric, some Poly Pellets and a couple of buttons--and voila...a little beanbag frog of happiness. Easy peasy!
Those are the cutest frogs!!Are their names Little Garden Diva and Madeline? They're making me laugh with their cuteness!! I love the way you accentuated the eyes with the patterns in the fabrics.
ReplyDeleteI remember my mom making a similar frog when I was young (so 60's). She made them out of velvets and tapestry.Don't know what happened to them. She went on to collect frogs like you wouldn't believe, and full spectrum, from awful cheap fake eyelashes frogs to delicate herrand porcelain frogs. And everything between. More towards the eye lashes end though.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI loved the tutorial and already I'm doing mine. Can I put a link to your tutorial on my blog when I publish the photos of my frog ready?
To whom I give credit for the tutorial? Yourself?
Thanks for sharing.
