here. One charm pack and one jelly roll of Amy Butler's Soul Blossoms with white Designer Solid and Fuschia Dapples, all from Free Spirit. It's quilted with Amy's Soul Blossom thread collection, color 0726 Bright Pear.
The sun was shining brightly this afternoon and a quick shot in the dappled shade under the mandarin orange tree seemed appropriate. I was sorely tempted to throw myself down on all that color and not move for the next hour or so. But there is work to do and quilts to sew and no time for slacking. But more on that at a future date.

ReplyDeleteYour quilt is so sumptuous, Amy Butler's fabrics are just so beautiful and don't they look great with the Fuschia Dapples! You were strong to resist it's lure but I know the creator in you had other things to do.
