Forever Valentine Tutorial

If you click over to FreeSpirit's blog, you will find my latest tutorial.  It's a quick and easy project that will brighten up your day.  Fabric scraps, fusible fleece scraps, some mismatched buttons, a little embroidery thread and you are ready to get busy.  In the event that you cannot find the stand kit at your local craft store, I have included alternatives in the tutorial.
For this Valentine project I used Tanya Whelan's Delilah.  And it's a perfect fit.  It makes ideal Forever Valentines.

    What a beautiful forest of heart trees. I'm funny about Valentines Day, The romantic in me loves all the hearts, the pretty things, the corny jokes but the florist in me sighs at the thought of all those rose thorns and long hours and selling roses in our hot summer sun. Your hearts wouldn't wilt!! Delila is so a great choice!!

    Melissa!! You just always put a smile on my face!! I absolutely love this! I'm pretty sure I will be making that in the next week and will post on my blog. It's too cute not to share. :o) BTW...hows that bag pattern coming? No pressure, you know... LOL Just teasing! I can't stop myself! :o)
