I pieced one in Sis Boom. You could easily use the Mug Rug Template here and trim it to size before assembling it.
For a less overtly feminine choice, here's one made up in Jenean Morrison's Power Pop.
Plenty of interest and I love the cornflower blue with the pops of yellow and espresso brown.
