Just look at what you can do with a little bit of fabric, some ModPodge, your scissors and a blank canvas! It needs another coat of ModPodge to cover it and a frame; but I couldn't wait to show you. This idea has been in my brain for a while. It took Jo's beautiful post at The Cart Before the Horse to inspire me and actually make it happen. The fabric is Jane Sassaman's dots from her latest collection, Sunshine and Shadow. (Yet another reason to love Jane's versatile dots.)
The idea of a fabric mosaic makes me quite happy. The possibilities are truly endless. I'll have another one to show you this week as well, so stay tuned.
Oh my goodness that is so cool!
